To be completed by the Headteacher, Proprietor, Academic Head, Administrator, or JHS Coordinator.
A structured digital gateway for school-specific academic planning, assessment support, teacher documentation, and institutional readiness.
The EduGuard Academic Support Portal is designed to help schools access structured academic support tools, planning forms, readiness packages, assessment guidance, and future digital services from EduGuard Insights.
Current Portal Phase
EduGuard Insights is currently onboarding selected Junior High Schools through the JHS First-Term Academic Readiness Package. Full secure school dashboard access will be introduced gradually as part of our school partnership rollout.
The EduGuard Portal is being developed as a digital academic support environment where schools can access planning tools, assessment support, school-specific reports, and structured teacher documentation services.
Schools can submit key academic information such as timetable structure, teaching periods, learner context, available resources, and planning preferences.
Participating JHS schools can begin the process for receiving customised first-term schemes of work, weekly learning plans, half-term sample lesson plans, assessment checkpoints, and teacher implementation guidance.
EduGuard supports schools with structured assessment checkpoints, learner progress review ideas, class exercises, short quizzes, and future examination support services.
Teachers can provide subject-specific information to help EduGuard prepare practical and usable planning documents aligned with classroom realities.
Before preparing school-specific academic documents, EduGuard reviews submitted responses and produces a School Academic Profile and Planning Analysis Report to guide the planning process.
EduGuard is working towards a secure portal where partner schools will be able to access academic documents, request support, track submissions, and manage EduGuard services more easily.
The EduGuard JHS First-Term Academic Readiness Package is a free academic planning support initiative for selected Junior High Schools in Greater Accra. It is designed to help schools begin the next academic year with stronger planning, clearer teaching direction, and better assessment preparation.
Comprehensive term-long schemes of work for selected JHS subjects, outlining weekly learning objectives, content coverage, and pedagogical direction aligned to the GES curriculum.
Structured weekly plans that break each scheme into manageable teaching units, clarifying day-by-day focus areas, recommended activities, and resource requirements.
Access to a free, reusable EduGuard planning template that schools can apply across subjects and terms, providing a consistent structure for schemes, weekly plans, and lesson design.
A guided introduction to an education-focused AI platform, showing teachers how to use AI tools responsibly to support lesson planning, resource generation, and assessment design.
A practical guide supporting teachers in executing the package effectively, covering pacing, adaptation, classroom management considerations, and assessment feedback practices.
For this first phase, EduGuard Insights is focusing on selected JHS subjects to ensure depth, quality, and school-specific support within a manageable delivery window.
This subject selection applies only to the first phase of the readiness initiative. EduGuard Insights may expand support to other subjects and school levels as partnerships develop.
The school receives an official introductory letter, programme brief, and institutional profile from EduGuard Insights.
The school leadership and relevant subject teachers complete the appropriate online forms through the portal.
EduGuard reviews the submitted information to understand the school’s timetable, academic calendar, learner context, subject needs, and available resources.
EduGuard prepares a School Academic Profile and Planning Analysis Report. This report is not an inspection or audit. It is a planning profile to guide the development of the readiness package.
EduGuard prepares the school-specific readiness package based on the confirmed planning profile.
The completed package is shared with the school, followed by a review conversation to explain how the materials may be used effectively.
Kindly complete the School Leadership Form once. Subject teachers should complete only the forms related to the subjects they teach. The information provided will help EduGuard Insights prepare a school-specific JHS First-Term Academic Readiness Package.
These forms are for academic planning support only. They do not constitute an inspection, audit, or regulatory review of the school, its teachers, or its leadership.
